Silk-screen printing workshop
A printmaking workshop for adults in which we will work on the technique of silkscreen printing, learning the procedures for printing on both canvas and paper.
The workshop will be given by María José Montañés, coordinator of the printmaking workshop at the Museo del Grabado Español Contemporáneo, a teacher specialising in printmaking techniques, who combines her professional career with the conservation and restoration of works of art.
This workshop concludes the programme around the exhibition “SEOANE. Portraits” exhibition. Luis Seone produced a large part of his graphic work using this technique, which was perfectly suited to his flat, schematic language. With him we bid farewell to this temporary exhibition, which closes definitively on Saturday 30 April.
